I totally don't know enough statistics about sex drives to know what the norm is for men and women, or whether it varies at all, or whether there even IS a norm, or it tends to be more like a bell curve.
But based off some of the things I've read, a thought experiment.
A woman wants sex 2-3 times a day, 2-4 times a week.
Her male partner wants sex once a day, 7 times a week.
Who has the higher sex drive?

I'd say neither. Libido is a bit more complicated than a measure of who wants the most sex. There are several other factors to take into account, such as fantasies, kink, intensity and masturbation. It's also worth pointing out that sexual gratification or interest isn't always manafest as a sexual act. I think you may be asking the wrong question here.
Matt-- Yeah, my question is probably a bit simplistic. I couldn't think of a better way to word it though.
I do think its a good thing to stop and give people pause regarding the whole "men have higher sex drives" thing, and to think about what it means-- even if it isn't really in depth.
